  • We were the first international member of Women in Exhibitions (WiE).
    • All our colleagues have access to the training and development offered by this global organisation
    • Our CEO, Simon Foster, acts as a mentor through WiE
    • Our Operations Director, Caitlin Read is a board member of WiE.
  • Our CHPCO, Gnosoulla Tsioupra-Lewis is a board member of The Menopause Charity
  • Co-Founder of MiP, Helen Wagstaff, was awarded an MBE in Dec 2023 for her services to charity
  • Statistics to note, from our last analysis of leadership and workforce diversity, include:
    • 66% of new hires were women, with 50% being non-white
    • 61% of our promotions were women
  • All compensation reviews include gender analysis for equity
  • We support the Girls Network which has a mentoring scheme that pairs girls from disadvantaged communities with professional role models
